We charge 20% of the revenue you generate by selling audioguides. This means there are no setup fees, subscriptions or fixed commitments. You only pay once you're successfully making money with audioguides. We don't charge any fee for writing or producing your audioguide.For example, if you choose to sell your audioguide for £2.00 and sell 1,000 guides in a month, we'll invoice you for £400. You'll keep £1,600.

The first step is to schedule a call with our team. We'll ask a few questions to understand your museum/gallery and make sure we're a good fit.
Next, we'll ask you to guide us through your space on a video call. You'll give us an inside view of what makes your space special.

Our expert team will then take a couple of weeks to write the script for your audioguide. We'll send you a draft to review and approve.

Next, we'll record the first version of the audioguide. Again, we'll send you an advance copy - you can review and request any changes before approving.

Once we have a final audioguide, we'll help you to update your signage and ticketing system and you're ready to begin selling audio guides.

This depends on the size of your institution and the complexity of the guide. For small & medium museums (guide length ~1 hour) you can expect to be ready within about 1 month.
